Diocesan Data Collection Form
The Diocese of Nebraska Data Collection Form (DON‑DC) gathers standardized financial information from all parishes. The purpose of the form is to assist the Bishop and Trustees, along with the diocesan staff, in reviewing financial information of parishes and how best to apportion the budget among parishes.
We ask that the form be completed and emailed to Beth Byrne at bbyrne@dioneb.org by April 1, 2026. If you have any questions about completing the form, email Beth or call her at the Diocesan office.
